Hi all,
This week we have District governor Benjamin and two lovely first timers join our regular gathering. We talked about ourselves, emotion intelligence, and still a lot of other related topics around emotion control.
Maggie shared that whenever she gets mad, she prays for the lord and takes several deep breaths, so as to help her calm down. And she also said anger management takes practice to truly make perfect, of that I'm sure.
Lastly, very luckily I successfully persuaded two first timers to say yes to be a host respectively on 8 December and 15 December. I think my communication skills have improved quite dramatically!
