According to 2016 Summer Conference, Kaohsiung Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on June. 4th, 2016.
If you win Kaohsiung's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on June. 11th, 2016 in Taipei!
