Summary of the five benefits of blockchain technology mentioned in this talk:
1. Protecting rights(ex. Land ownership) through immutable records.
2. Creating a true sharing economy(ex. B-airbnb)
3. Ending the remittance rip-off
4. Enabling citizens to own and monetize their own data(ex. Protecting privacy)
5. Ensuring compensation for the creator of value(ex. Song-writer, artist)
