1. Do you think that listening more than you are talking is helpful to be a good listener? Why?
2. What is a good indicator that you're focusing more on yourself than on the person's situation?
3. How to appeal to your sensitive side and comfort the person if they are in distress?
4. A good listener is to actually absorb the information the person has told you. Could you give an example?
