If you win Taipei Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on Dec. 9th, 2017 in Hsinchu!
If you want to register to Taipei Happy English Club’s In-House Speech Contest, please reply to this announcement by Nov. 22th, 2017.
