Thanks a lot

"借腹生子" is kind of similar to "代理孕母, surrogate mother."

借腹生子 is a Chinese phrase rather than a noun.

How about:

It is less likely to "gestate and deliver a child" by the same person (if the baby gestated and the baby delivered are the same one).

The mother who gestates will be delivered a baby (by a doctor, midwife, or, more often than not, someone other than herself).

Wayne, deliver has both active and passive meanings.

From Dictionary.com
deliver (v.tr.)
a. To give birth to: She delivered a baby boy this morning.
b. To assist (a woman) in giving birth: The doctor delivered her of twins.
c. To assist or aid in the birth of: The midwife delivered the baby.

deliver (v.intr.)
2. To give birth: She expects to deliver in late August.
