I'm a bit confused about your question and translation:

請在收到我的出貨通知後，再寄出貨物給客人。

and

We will send you shipping advice once we get the payment from the customer.

Both literal wise and context wise, these two sentences aren't really direct tranlations of each other. Maybe it's a grammar tense problem.

Did you mean:

Please send the shipment after I've sent the shipping advice to the customer (or whoever you sent it to).

Negative form:
Please do not send the products before the offical shipping advice has been released/sent.

Please effect shipment to the client after getting my delivery note.
Please do not effect shipment to the client until getting my delivery note.

In the real world of business English, clear understandting is more important than elegance. Not everybody is an English major and reads Shakespear all day long. Therefore, you don't need to be fancy with this.
"請在收到我的出貨通知後，再寄出貨物給客人。"

Please do not ship or deliver (to the customer) untill you have receive the shippinng notice or confirmation from us.

Than again, it also depends on how routine is the business operation. No one ships a merchandise without some sort of confirmation that is related to payment, import duty, quota, warehouse charges, or custom clearance.
There are established guidelines for everybody to follow. If there aren't any established guidelines, perhaps it is a good idea to establish some.
