Dear Happiers,
I am the gourmet for this week、Karen Chou. I’ve told some of you that this Saturday I will invite you guys to sing karaoke in my place. Unfortunately、the air in my community club is still bad after the parking lot has been remodeled. It’s going to take few days for the fresh air to circulate. (They said they don’t want to poison us with toxic air). Nobody can assure me when it will reopen、so here are my plans.

Plan A: By Thursday、I can find out if the community club will open this Saturday. If the answer is positive、I will order some pizza and we can sing karaoke、swim、play pool or table tennis.




Plan B: If it still will be closed this Saturday、we can have dinner at 北平稻香村、which’s near 師大. This restaurant is old and famous for its pickled cabbage pork stew (酸菜白肉鍋) and dumplings. Since the weather is getting cold、I think it’s the perfect time to have hot pot and get some warmth.

I will let you guys know the final decision by Friday at latest. Let’s pray for the reopening of our community club and please join us this Saturday!

God!! Why does it take so long to finish? And by the way, why does a parking lot need to be renovated? How hard could it be? Just a spiral ramp and flat floor!!!!!!!! They don't sound very hard to build..

By the way, it is really a great place to do anything. Let's go together. I can even camp there for 2 continuous days.

I think the renovation is finished...just that the air inside is still bad. I was really pissed off to know that it will be closed for such a long time.... If you don't mind, we can wear gas masks (防毒面具) while singing....
