Recently IKEA open a new store in Taichung, so we discuss the success of IKEA. Below is some of our discussion.

Jasmine had bought some decoration from IKEA, she think IKEA can offer a lot of choice. Kevin hopes to open his own company about investment in the future. David Chung likes the meatball of IKEA. John shares a smart way to buy furniture.

We also discuss when and why we pick up our English name. It’s an afternoon full of fun.

Dear Taichung Happiers,

Are you ready for a toothbrush tasting like candy? Jinsop Lee had better propose his “Design for all 5 Senses” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6wjC0sxD2o to Ingvar Kamprad, the founder of IKEA. Stephen Jay Gould, the Visiting Research Professor at New York University, observed that “If genius has any common denominator, I would propose breadth of interest and the ability to construct fruitful analogies between fields”. Either Kamprad is a genius or not, this week’s article helps us discover he is so full of wisdom.

We might end up with generating more thoughts than expected.

IKEA is such a good model, and making every effort to expand and sustain our Club is all Happiers’ shared goal. 9/14 was a working day, so we can’t say thanks enough to our host John and all participants. Especially, please join us to welcome our guests Vicki and David Chang. After the gathering, gazing at the sofa area in pleasure, Kevin raised the corners of his mouth and mumbled “How can we leave such a lovely place?” Indeed, Mos Burger has carried lots of sweet moments in Taichung Happiers’ minds.

Oh, by the way, did Jinsop Lee spread candies, or toothbrushes to his TED audience?
