Right dosage of stress is the motivation behind hardwork and strength pushing you forward. A person's stress system constantly on the "on" mode is going to bring physical malfuntion to the person, symptoms like heart attack, high blood pressure, depression, and more. When you sense it is more than you can handle, it is time to seek outside help. Either talk to others or change perspective.
