Today, we had two new friends from 交通 graduate school joining our gathering. We actually discussed much about the cuisine of Chinese traditional local food, and every one seemed very involved in this gathering, and...hungry.
Our host, Conan, also made a speech to us, and the speech topic is "How little I know about the world of computers". It is satisfactory that many of our listeners gave the speech giver many precious opinions, including more smiles, more exaggerative body languages and facial expressions, and more clear accents. As the host as well as the speech giver, I truly treasure these valuable suggestions and did practice quite a few in the next morning, and I am quite confident that I will dazzle the whole audiances and spectators in the next Tuesday evening in the ToastMaster club. Let's hope.
Aftermath, we followed Alpha's step and went to Taoyuan 大溪 to have a visit. I gotta admit that the night view was facinating, since it reminded me of the facinating picture of the Golden Bridge of San Fracisco. Thank you Alpha and Mica.
Still, the food and the old-fashioned architecture there are very impressive, absolute much greater than I previously had imagined, indeed. I strongly recommend you who haven't spotted Taoyuan 大溪老街 go have a visit, most importantly, on weekends.(since only on weekends the light will be enabled)
