20130302 Minutes, by Hope Chang

Dear Happiers,

I really appreciate your participation this week.
Maybe this topic is kind of heavy for new comers, we only have one new comer, Shen, this week. I am grateful everyone who was with me there.
The reason why I choose this article because it inspires me. Hope it's helpful to you too!
Joey usually learn new things.
I think unset my mind is probably effective but I am still learning.
Jasmine likes to find heros and influential sentences. As we all know, she usually sends us quotes by email!
Except the nine ways, Kevin and Tzong also mentioned exercise is also useful to find peace in mind.
.....
This week, I like what Jasmine have shared with us.
" The happiest people don't have the best of everything but they make the best of everything they have."

Maybe I am too young to understand some sentences from ancient people. It may take time to be more mature.
However, I know I can always find warm help here.
Happy English Club always bring brilliant people together.
Hope to see you, you and you next time!

Warmest regards,
Hope Chang

Dear Taichung Happiers:

We have seen Miss Hope’s growth, haven’t we? Quality is more important than quantity, and the most important element of our gathering is our participants’ attitude. What Happiers cherish most is the authenticity shown among our interactions. Hope, we would like to thank you again for offering such a topic, inner peace-- we need it in the way we need bread and love. And the smiles dancing back and forth at the lip corners of Happiers prove your excellent hosting performance.

The only one unchangeable thing in the world is things come and go, and, at the mean time, people come and go. What can really free our minds is to let ourselves go. When we stop finding inner peace, inner peace finds us. No matter which language we speak, the universal grammar of inner peace is positive thinking, a lifelong homework. If it’s too heavy, share jokes as often as we can, because good jokes draw the lines of all the depth and wisdom of life.

Nash, a true story and extreme example, had suffered from mental illness for decades. With constant turbulence in his mind, he transformed himself into a Nobel Prize laureate in Economics Science (1994). This miracle has a special space in our hearts and we can thus sign a contract to ourselves as well. Shall we? Peace! Don’t stop believing:
