As the host of the gathering on 31th, Oct, also known as the Holloween holiday, I especially appreciate everybody's earnest participation in Hsinchu Happy English Club. The title of the article is "Fitter with Friends", and although many of us have the same feeling that some sentences are really tough to understand, we still could derive a lot from it.
This article is mainly about experimenting if exercising with your friends could have better effect than exercise alone. Through the discussion, we found that by implementing "Group Exercising", we are usually more energetic, and are more capable of enduring the ever-growing pain. Study shows that due to the secretion of the endorphin, 腦內啡, we feel more delighted and more sustainable to the discomfort. Isn't it an amazing experiment? I think it is.
