Let's join the race to show our physical strength and find out how soon we can swim, cycle and run. I have a big problem with swimming 750 M in 30 min., but I still have one and half month to practice. I believe I can achieve it then. So, trust me, we can make it together.

What's matter with you? Brady and Elisa's outings were full wihin 2 or 3 days. I have posted this notice almost one week and get no reply until now. The situation is so embarrassing, especially for the outing master.

Don't think you can't finish the whole race, I am 43 years now( although look like 25), you guys are much younger than me, if I can make it, it will be no problem for you at all. Come and join us.

I have asked Jennifer for you, she would like join the cycling race, so you three can register as a relay team. Please contact each other, and I am glad to be your coach.

Hi Paul,

Triathlon Race will start in the early morning and only spend few hours.

The race will be held in 宜蘭冬山鄉梅花湖 which is a very nice place and few people have been there I believe.

Maybe we can arrange some activities on that day.

Walking around the lake and enjoying the nice food are great after finishing the race.

i don't think I have good news. On second thought, I might not join the activity. I might be able to go with u, but definitely can't join the activity...
I will die the the lake since i won't have been able to practice for more than 1 month.
What a pity anyway...
