Equipment:
*umbrella (防雨,遮陽)or raincoat (shall carry one of them, in case of rain.)
*a pair of suitable shoes
*drinking water (at least 2 bottles)
*lunch, snacks, fruits… (7~11 might be a good place to get your sack lunch.)
*bathing or swimming cap (for hot spring bath, ladies only)
*towel, soap...
*spare clothes (for shift after bathing)
*sun cream
*camera
(將壞的雨傘 傘面拆下 清洗乾淨 即是好用又方便收納的hiking坐布喔!)
Insurance: N/A
Itinerary:
(Don't forget to have breakfast before hiking.)
08:30 Get Together at 公保大樓-中央健保局台北分局 (台北火車站前,MRT Exit 8, 公園路,青島西路口. Shall be on time!!!)
09:00~9:40 [皇家客運, NT$120 不找零 請自備零錢] Move to 上磺溪橋 (停車場 )
9:40~11:50 hiking (魚路古道)
11:50~13:30 have a picnic in擎天崗
13:30~14:20 hiking to 冷水坑
14:30~15:30 hot spring bath (charge free)
16:00~17:00 [bus + MRT, NT$ 15+8] for dinner
17:00~18:30 dinner at龍門客棧( about NT$200)
18:45~ Home sweet home
