Slight changes to Section 1, Taipei

Sorry for my late post regarding the agreements made by our Taipei officers on April 25,2009.
We made slight changes to section 1, hoping to improve our club.
In order to get a good start of building conversations, attendants could not only talk about the general topic written on the whiteboard, but also discuss the first half of questions (Q1 to 3) for the article. We hope this will stimilate more interesting interactions.
