If you win Taichung Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on Dec. 10th, 2016 in Taichung!
If you want to register to Taichung Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, please reply to this announcement by Nov. 10th, 2016.
