1. Do you have any experience of being required by airlines to weigh yourself before boarding the plane? What do you think about this issue? If you are asked to provide weight information by an airline, will you provide it? Why or why not? Please give us your opinions.
2. From a passenger’s perspective, do you support the policy to price tickets based on passengers’ weight? Why or why not?
3. Will you support an airline that allows pets in passenger cabin? Or, do you think the current airline boarding procedure for pets is more appropriate? What flight safety should we pay attention to, while flying with pets?
4. In addition to providing safe flights, what other services can airlines provide or give back to passengers to improve brand loyalty?
