2. Do you make friends actively or passively? What are your strategies to connect faster when you start adjusting to ia new work environment?
3. Are you good at dealing with the office politics? Have you ever experienced the scenario mentioned in this article: your colleagues defend you from criticism, but then take sole credit for a joint project, erasing your contributions? If yes, how did you respond to it?
