Thanks a lot for your attention.

Questions:

1. How do you schedule your free time? Do you usually have a tight schedule or do things on the spur of the moment? By the way, do you make a lot of to-do lists for your trip?

2. Please share your daily routine on weekdays with us.

3. A To-Do list can be a great tool to help us work more effectively, but some people just become a glazomani (清單控) for everything. Do you usually make a list for what you are going to do? If so, are you a glazomani? If not, what’s your tip to do things more effectively?

4. Which paragraph of this article impresses you most? Do you have different opinions? Please share with us.

Dear Taichung Happiers,

Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the happiest in the world?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUzxzf2UDfE&app=desktop

When we have a globe the same as Mark Twain’s....... “Happiness is a Swedish sunset--it is there for all, but most of us look the other way and lose it....” What is authentic happiness? Where does happiness lie in? I would guess it’s not anything outside of ourselves. Not the wealth we want. Not seeing ourselves in a perfect world. Not a final destination. Not fame. Not meeting those Russian-doll expectations formed by others—as soon as we open one layer, a deeper layer of others’ expectation steals the spotlight, and then we stretch out our confidence to reach it and feel empty—afterwards, we just walk into a new layer and another, a new layer and another, like someone blindfolded. No, no no, no no no? British philosophical writer James Allen (28 November 1864 – 24 January 1912) put the puzzles together to explain why happiness is the highest level of success. “A man is not rightly conditioned until he is a happy, healthy, and prosperous being; and happiness, health, and prosperity are the result of a harmonious adjustment of the inner with the outer of the man with his surroundings.” Happiness is a skill we can build with consistent practice. Have you ever experienced the alleviation of the vanity, anxiety, desire, and pain? How do you feel about it? How can the vibrations convince you to compose your Happiness Equation? Ladies and gentlemen, our eyes will take another survey of the Happy Museum--welcome to join us in exploring the art of happy habits.

Clap along if you know what happiness is to you. “Me and my wife lived happily for twenty years.... then we met.” What on earth is happiness? The answer to it varies from individual to individual. According to classical Greek philosopher Socrates (c. 470 – 399 BC), “Happiness flows not from physical or external conditions, such as bodily pleasures or wealth and power, but from living a life that’s right for your soul, your deepest good.” Thousands years later, the Award-winning film producer Brian Thomas Grazer presents that staying in his own lane, not being comparative to others that could have more than him or less than him, that is when he is the happiest. In addition, Morten L Kringelbach, a professor at Aarhus University, Denmark and University of Oxford, UK, directs our eyes to happiness through the lens of neuroscience.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=riZqpQcp5iw Feeling the pouring energy? What is your private symphony for the definition of happiness? Happiness is a mindset—it’s never been found outside of us. The significance? Happiness is the ladders to dreams. Happy people are more productive and creative. Their way of going through the world, unaware of limitations. Receptive and brave. Here comes the country, which measures its GDP by happiness--not to impress the world, but to embrace the world. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PuIphMhzG0 Happy people are healthier people, and they live longer. Happy people have better relationships. Happy people can pay more attention to sights, sounds, smells, and feelings. Happy people are more respectful and convertible—they understand that the plants are more punctual than human. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hYGJhMvbrfk

“Happiness is like a butterfly” (by Henry David Thoreau)

Happiness is like a butterfly.
The more you chase it, the more it eludes you.
But if you turn your attention to other things,
It comes and sits softly on your shoulder.

Find the “space”, and dance like nobody’s watching.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXZDnfYsG9o This Mom-and-son goal is admirable; the deciphering of the happiness is impossible. Nurturing relationships (with family, friends, and communities) is the Happy Experience we would love to talk about again and again, and through this experience, the feeling of fulfillment calls our names, our names, our names. On the other hand, we all experience recognizing the fading color in moments that should be happy celebrations. Hear it out! The anxiety is ticking, ticking, ticking away when we fix our gaze at that clock. Nope, it is not exactly that clock—it is the obsession for perfection. The obsession for perfection. When will we celebrate our imperfection with confidence and elegance until it becomes beautiful? When will we let the beauty of our childhood innocence be taken from its winter storage and given back to us in everyday life? When we abandon all the “grammar” and use only present tense: Now! The Present! When we abandon all the “grammar” and use only first person: Me! More “Me Time”! https://edition.cnn.com/2015/04/17/living/feat-happiness-little-things-irpt/index.html Moreover, check out this: the most popular class in Yale's history teaching us how to live a happier life. Sharing the five keys to happiness: kindness, meditation, sleep, exercise, and gratitude, Professor Laurie Santos encourages us to change the way we think about things and change our mindset to adapt to the circumstances, for the pursuit of happiness and the happiness of pursuit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJNocseVU5Q

Fly high—nothing can bring us down. We can offer nothing to this world if we are unhappy; not until we contribute to others’ happiness, can we fly high enough. Be kind for no reason—first, be kind to ourselves, and then, be kind to others. Random kindness punctuates our happiness, for both short-term and long-term memories, and makes the language of our behaviors more logical, conspicuous, and delicious. The Award-winning professor Christopher Peterson (February 18, 1950 – October 9, 2012) clarified that “How can we create a cultural legacy of happiness? Let other people matter.” So, what would you like to do to continue to others’ happiness? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4INwx_tmTKw (You can turn on the English subtitles.) Hey, didn’t the Magic Mirror just wink? For a more meaningful and joyful life, as our talents and resources shape our opportunities, we have no other options but to discover and deliver our “gifts” to promote people with new eyes and live their desired dreams. Growing up with reading difficulties, comedian and author Michael Jr. profoundly proposed something big, beyond the power of words—his life satisfaction has popped up, indeed, on a later punch-line. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=twSvd5bQLDw See? You don’t have to be a surgeon to open others’ hearts. See? Another winking. Perhaps, you might have been familiar with the story The boy and the Starfish that demonstrates small things can make a big difference and impactful influence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkV0jvmBLOc Yes, it’s the wonder of wonders. Now, the Magic Mirror is winking broadly and repeatedly.

In happiness, we trust. Be happy. Be unstoppable. “Dance like there's nobody watching, sing like there's nobody listening, and live like it's heaven on earth.” It’s not the conditions, it’s our decisions that allow us to take off the discriminating hat and see things beyond the imperfections. Practice happy habits into our lifestyle. And, watch out! Happiness is not a pose at all; the luminescence of others’ glowing dreams cannot spoil the view of our inner light. If life is a journey, memories, either sweet or sour, are souvenirs. Luckily, we can cook it—everyone is meant to be an expert of an exclusive taste. Despite everything, always make something beautiful happen! Be a Happier. Be happier. Yes. We deserve it. In happiness, we trust. Let us experience the waves of happy emotions at finding giving and gratitude fulfilling our life purposes again. Above all, it feels possible that memory will never be finished with our happy moments. Join us. Thanks!!!
