1. What’s your opinion on Taiwan being a bilingual nation by 2030, viable or otherwise…?
2.Do you feel weird to talk in English with Taiwanese, except in English classes? Why or why not?
3. What’s your priority of the four skills— listening, speaking, reading and writing? What’s your learning method to better the language?
4. Do you think it’s proper to teach 1/3 of the school subjects in English , a few schools being enforced now,since we don’t have enough qualified teachers?
5. If you can’t speak English well, it’s hard to be a civil servant or get promoted. What’s your perspective on this matter?
