Dear Happiers,

2009 Winter Conference in Taipei was the 1st conference of Happy English Association. It's a great milestone of our association. We, 4 Presidents of 4 branches, had following concensus in this conference.
1. SOP updated.
2. Agenda updated.
3. Presidents will vote for slogan in 2010 Summer Conference in Taichung on June 26th, 2010.
4. From now on, the name card and SOP manual are awarded to the new members in the Induction Ceremony.
